Tyro Community Christian Preschool provides children with a Christian atmosphere that will help them grow mentally, socially, physically and spiritually. All staff members will provide the children with love and concern. We will prepare them not only for school, but also for the rest of their lives.

Children

The Preschool and Play-school will accept any potty-trained child ages 3-5 years old who can benefit from our program. Preschools that are part of a private school are governed by the Kansas state standards that apply to private schools.

Admission

A child must have completed a registration form and pay a $50.00 fee. The fee covers all classroom supplies, T-shirt, and field trips.

Preschool Tuition

Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. A late fee of $10 is added after the 10th of the month. 4 yr olds--M-W-F - $115 per month 3 yr olds T-TH - $95 per month. There are full-time program options available for around $400 a month.

Daily Schedule

Each day the child will receive a lesson, craft, snack, and Bible story. They also have learning centers, free play (outdoors if weather permits) and a focus on letters and numbers.

Play-School

Play-school is available on all school days. A child may attend preschool, and also attend Play-school on the mornings they do not have class. A child may be dropped off any school day morning at 7:30am. 8:00 the children that attend preschool will be taken to their room. The morning will be a relaxed atmosphere and will consist of simple activities, free play and a snack. At 11:30 the Play-school children will join the preschool children for extended day.
