TCCS Enrollment:

Enrollment of returning students is during the month of April. New student enrollment takes place any time after April 1st. Final enrollment is in July.

Tuition provides approximately 70% of the school’s operating funds.  The remainder of our budget is generated by fundraisers or donated by churches and individuals.

Tuition Assistance

1. We are pleased to offer scholarships and tuition assistance. Recipients of this program are required to volunteer 20 hours of service to the school some time during the school year.

3. Submission deadline is April 18 for the Kansas Private School Scholarship and the ACE Scholarship. We will notify you to let you know the amount of your tuition assistance.
4. Please ask your Pastor to submit a letter of recommendation. He may use the attached form or write his own letter. If TCCS already has a Pastor recommendation on file from previous years, it is not necessary to send another letter.

Bus Service

1. TCCS offers bus service from the following towns: Coffeyville, Dearing, Independence.
2. Typically, the bus (or van) does not stop at homes, unless the home is directly on the established route. Bus stops are set in each town and families meet the bus at a designated time.
3. Monthly fees for the bus per family.
4. Dearing $80, Coffeyville, Independence $90
